This album cover is layered and manipulated to give it a surreal effect. Below is the source material used. It was intentional not to have any text on the cover including the artist’s name, which is included on the backside of the album.
As you can see I was considering including the artist’s name and album title but eventually decided it was a stronger statement to have the artwork alone.
